If shipment details change after confirmation, the final transport price may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before a carrier is assigned may be cancelled without penalty.Orders cancelled after a carrier has been assigned may not be eligible for a refund, as carrier dispatch commitments and operational costs have already been incurred.

• inspection report
• transport authorization
• delivery receipt

Customers must carefully inspect the vehicle with the carrier and verify the recorded condition before signing the document.Customers are strongly encouraged to take photos or videos of the vehicle prior to pickup and at delivery.

8. Damage Claims

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bruxen Auto provides vehicle transport brokerage services by arranging transportation with licensed and insured motor carriers. This policy explains when orders may be cancelled and when refunds may apply.

1. Brokerage Service Explanation
Bruxen Auto acts as a transportation broker and does not physically transport vehicles. Our service consists of locating, securing, and coordinating a licensed carrier for the customer's shipment.

2. Cancellation Before Carrier Assignment
Customers may cancel their order at any time before a carrier has been assigned. If a carrier has not yet accepted the shipment, the brokerage service has not been completed and the order may be cancelled without penalty.

3. Cancellation After Carrier Assignment
Once a licensed carrier has been secured and assigned to the shipment, Bruxen Auto has fulfilled its brokerage service of arranging transportation. At that point dispatch coordination begins between the carrier and the customer. Because the brokerage service has already been performed and carrier scheduling commitments have been made, cancellations after carrier assignment may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Service Fulfillment
The customer acknowledges that Bruxen Auto fulfills its brokerage obligation once a licensed carrier accepts the shipment and dispatch confirmation occurs.

5. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, the customer authorizes Bruxen Auto to charge the agreed service fee for brokerage services related to arranging vehicle transportation.

6. Chargeback Agreement
Customers agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback for services that have been arranged in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Customers agree to contact Bruxen Auto directly to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. If a dispute relates to vehicle damage or delivery issues, the claim must be filed directly with the assigned carrier or the carrier insurance provider.

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by Bruxen Auto under applicable circumstances, refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the transaction.
